Originally from Northern California, Bonny relocated to Ahwatukee in 1992 and has been delighted with it's family-friendly community and natural surroundings. She and her husband Mike have four children, and have seen three of them off to college, with their youngest in high school. When not working, Bonny enjoys spending time with her family, golfing and traveling, especially in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico where she owns property.
Karla
Happily assisting sellers and buyers in new and resale home representation, specializing in the Southeast Valley areas of Ahwatukee, Ocotillo, Chandler and Tempe, Karla has been a successful Realtor in Ahwatukee for nearly 6 years, following a 20 year career in purchasing & supply chain management. "Perhaps surprisingly , my prior career dove tailed with my real estate practice; my real estate work has been founded on a business education and much experience in project management, contract negotiations, and management. I so enjoy assisting each buyer or seller; by working closely and collaborating with Bonny regarding each client's need, and every transaction, we ensure a truly quality experience".
A 5th generation southern Arizona native, Karla and her husband David relocated from Tucson to Ahwatukee in 1998, falling in love with the South Mountains and hilly desert terrain. Hiking South Mountain trails is a favorite pass time for them. David and Karla have raised 2 daughters and a son, and are proud grandparents of twin grandsons. One daughter has a degree from ASU, and the other one from U of A, and their son is now attending college in the area.
